Keith Urban Concert - March 08

Had a sensational time at Keith on Wednesday night. He is such a great entertainer. Had a top time with Shell, Mary, Sheree and Sarah. Love ya girls. You are great fun!!!! Many laughs!!!! Will post some photos when I get them. I am now wishing that I going to a second concert. Easter 08 Update

Look at these gorgeous photos of my boys. Hmmm I don't think that there is ever a photo shoot when one of them doesn't pull a face. I don't mind it just gives me more evidence for their 21st Birthdays. Ben's little smile with no teeth still cracks me up.

Well Easter wsa spent with family and friends, eating lots of chocolate (had no plans of being good) and scrapbooking. Life doesn't get much better that this. I hope that everyone had a Hoppy Easter and that you all had a lovely break. I really enjoyed my time off and feel that I managed to fit a lot into the three days. Here are some photos of us at the Ryno's for Easter. We had a wonderful time and we always manage to find something to laugh at. This year it was all of us trying to fix the pool which had cracked. Hmm not sure if the pool is any better or if it is actually worse?????

Thought that I would share some of the layouts that I created over the break. I was on a roll and really motivated and made the most of it. I also made a beautiful Kiaser clock which I love. I am now going to start to make some Mother's Day presents with these clock for the 2 beautiful Mother's in my life.

I was a really lucky girl and I got a second Pandora braclet from the boys. It was a surprise and probably the most thoughtful present that I have ever received. Luke continues to amaze me. He has grown up to be this amazing and beautiful soul. I have tears in my eyes as I am describing him. He is so thoughtful and loves nothing more than to please. I thank my lucky stars every day as I know that I have been blessed with my two gorgeous boys. Anyway Luke took his father off to the jeweller and ordered the braclet and then he picked out the heart charm and Ben picked out the rabbit charm for Easter. Luke even knew what size to order in the braclet ( he knows more about this than me). When I asked him about how he knew which size to order he said that he had remembered the size from my first one and he said to me "See Mum I do listen." So at some point I have obviously told him that he doesn't listen. Really need to eat those words.

It is not only the thought that went into the braclet that makes me reflect on the beauty within my son there are a million other little things that he does on a daily basis. He is the one that always asks "How was your day Mum?", the one that notices if your not happy, the one to ask if he can do anything for you. I hope that he always maintains his genuine care for others as this is a beautiful quality to have. (Sorry a bit of a soppy/mushy update). As you can see I had a really good Easter!!!!!!

I just taught myself how to complete a slide show. It may not be a well constructed slideshow but I was just having a little fiddle around (so to speak). I will try to put one together with some of my some of my layouts next. Let me know what you think. I am loving Michael Bubble - got his CD for Christmas. I am presently babysitting little Amira. She isn't much fun as all she wants to do is sleep. She is so cute she sleeps with one eye half open. She is a good little girl. Precious

Today I got up all excited and thought that we would deliver some of our Easter goodies BUT no one was home - it seems that everyone is out shopping. I think that they were all at KMart as I was up there earlier and it was worse than any toy sale that I have seen - choas.

My Learning

Highlights of My Week

The week started with Ben losing another tooth. The Tooth Fairy is broke. At the rate that he is losing them he will have none. left. He looks so cute when he SMILES. He looks even cheekier now - if that is possible.

Luke continues to have his two training sessions and one soccer game a week. They won their trial game last week 4/3. A close and exciting one - they scored in the last 30 second. Luke told me that I was an embarrassing mum because I yelled out "go the under 11s." I told him to get use to that and that if I was going to be a soccer Mum that I was going to do a good job of it.

The school week was good. One of the highligths of the week was the parent meeting that I held that is normall not well attended. We got 38 parents to our meeting. It was a pleasant surprise. Not I just have to work out how I can keep them coming back. The other highlight was the Leadership conference that I attended. It was very inspirational. It made me reflect on my own leadership. While I can say that I am mostly proud of the way in which I lead there are a few little things that I will take back from the inservice and use. I good week in terms of work.


The Pandora Braclet - I love adding to my Pandora braclet and it is nearly full. Don't worry I have the second one on layby (no one tell Chris). Thanks Mel for getting me totally addicted. Alison J you would know what I mean. I have now passed the Pandora virus on to my sister and one of the teachers at work. I am still working on you Belinda. Let me know when you are ready to go shopping. I have also given 2 braclet out for presents. Well the Pandora braclet comes with a story this week. On a Thursday afternoon I get home and do as much Housework as I can so that I free up more of my Friday (to do really important things like this Ha, Ha, ha). So I got in and cleaned the bathroom (the job that I hate doing the most) and I was using Exit Mould. The next day I noticed that my charms were all marked. I thought that I had ruined my braclet!!! I nearly crashed my car as I was checking out the damage. I had a heart attack. I went straight up to my jeweller who laughed at me and cleaned it and made it sparkle again. No damage. He told me to take it off when I was cleaning (especially when using Exit Mould) and I told him that I thought that it was just easier not to clean!!!!
